Your local brief

The assessment runs in your browser. Your answers stay in the tab’s working memory; we do not store them in localStorage or send them while you answer. The embedding page receives only height and step-change messages. A downloaded brief contains your business answers and calculation assumptions, without your contact details. You decide where to keep or share it.

Personal review

When you submit, we receive your name, email, optional phone number, business domain, business model, goal, relationship to the business, financial figures if known, operating information and free text. We recalculate the assessment on the server and use these details to review your business and reply. We do not create a public listing, connect third-party accounts or grant buyer access from this request.

Recipients and safeguards

Cloudflare hosts the flow and may process technical connection data outside the EU. Submitted enquiries go to our internal Lead-Inbox hosted by Hetzner in Germany and team notifications in Slack (USA). A submission identifier prevents repeated delivery from creating another enquiry event. Access is restricted to the people handling enquiries. This flow has no advertising or analytics tags, no tracking cookies and no automatic receipt email. The success screen confirms an accepted enquiry; the valuation arrives in a personal reply.

Your rights and retention

The purpose is to handle your requested valuation and any pre-contractual conversation. No automatic deletion period is promised. See Deimann’s general privacy information for legal bases, recipients, retention and your rights. Email info@deimann.com to request access, correction or deletion. Do not submit passwords, access keys or confidential information about third parties.
