Deimann Com GmbH handles the information you submit to discuss a possible domain purchase. Contact and provider details are available in our Imprint.
What you send
The domain, intended use, buyer role, offer, funding and timing, contact details and any optional company or website information. Your answers stay in this page’s memory until you send them. No answer is sent to the embedding page. There is no advertising measurement, profiling score or automated decision about your offer.
Where it goes
Konfigurator.io runs on Cloudflare. We pass your submitted enquiry server-side to the Deimann Lead-Inbox, hosted by Hetzner. The Deimann team receives a Slack notification. We use a submission identifier to prevent duplicate enquiries when you retry. Technical request metadata is processed to deliver and protect the service. Form content is not published in domain interest charts or the public knowledge library.
Aggregate enquiry activity
After an enquiry is saved, we may send its receipt reference, domain and category to Deimann’s own activity service. The service stores a hashed receipt reference to count duplicate deliveries once. Receipts leave the counts after thirty days and are deleted on the next receipt or measurement request. Aggregate counts can be displayed on the domain listing. No contact details, answers or offer amounts appear in those counts. We use our legitimate interest in presenting actual enquiry activity under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; you can object by contacting us. Why and for how long
We process your request to discuss a potential purchase and respond to you under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, or our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) where applicable. Spam prevention and reliable delivery also serve that legitimate interest. The acknowledgement before submission is not consent to advertising. We keep enquiries for as long as needed for their purpose and applicable legal obligations; no automatic fixed deletion deadline is promised.
