Controller

Deimann Com GmbH, Randstraße 75, 22525 Hamburg, Germany, operates both this enquiry flow on Konfigurator.io and deimann.com. Managing director: Janik Deimann. Contact: info@deimann.com.

Information and purpose

We use your name, email address, selected enquiry type and enquiry-specific answers. Depending on the enquiry, these can include a website, role, search criteria, budget range, product, publication, timing and free text. We use these details to understand and respond to your request. Your organisation is optional. The form does not automatically reject enquiries or score people.

Transfer and recipients

Answers stay in the browser’s working memory until you submit. They then go to our internal enquiry system hosted by Hetzner in Germany and to team notifications in Slack (USA). Cloudflare (USA) provides hosting and may process technical connection data outside the EU. The embedding page receives only height and step-change messages, never your answers.

Email receipt

We use Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) to send an automatic receipt to your email address in the selected form language. Your enquiry answers are not included. We use delivery and failure notifications to check receipt delivery; we do not track opens or clicks. Replies go to info@deimann.com.

No advertising tracking

This flow uses no advertising or analytics cookies or tags and does not persist answers in browser storage. A rate limit protects the enquiry service against abuse. Access to your answers is restricted to the people handling enquiries.
